TME’s on-site bespoke engine testing facilities coupled with component testing allows for significantly reduced development costs and lead times. In the engine build and test facilities area we able to carry out precision assembly to the highest standards on all mechanical and electronic components.

TME have experience in building engines for Rally Championships, Historic Sports Car Series, Historic Open Wheeled Series, Hill Climb and Sprint Championships. Their knowledge ranges from two cylinders to six cylinders and most everything in between. While much of an engine’s gestation occurs today on a computer screen, the art of engine building depends on hands on expertise and TME prides itself on their in-house craftsmanship.

All engine components go through a number of different levels of testing. When an engine has been assembled, it is sent to the dyno for run-in and testing.
