TME are currently working on a range of competition winning race engines, whilst continuing to retaining their focus on building the ultimate Cosworth BDG / FVC / KF V6 2500 and Suzuki Hayabusa Series Engines for Rally/Race applications.
TME can carry out precision machining – milling, turning, grinding, assemblies and custom equipment – on CNC and conventional workcenters. The experience gained in the realm of professional motorsports is applied to all TME products which are available to our clients.

2.0 – 2.2 Litre, Alloy block with Nikasil cylinder bores, with four induction variations, side draught 48 carburettors, Lucas slide throttle mechanical injection, Kugelfischer mechanical injection & sequential electronic injection/ignition system.
Also available as a 1.8 Litre variant on alloy block.
TME routinely supply brand new BDG engines for Ford Escorts, historic and classic rallying as well as circuit racing and hill climbing.
Configuration: 2.5 Litre, 75° V6.

97kgms dry weight only 490mm long and a crankshaft centre height of 90mm. Up to 450bhp 220lb ft of torque.
The KF engine was originally developed for Opel motorsport, TME acquired the KF Porject in 2000 including engines and spare parts, this engine is a pure race engine, but has been used successfully in rallying.

Suzuki Sensors
The GSX-R 1340 Hayabusa is widely recognised as the world’s fastest production motorcycle. Distinctive features of the Hayabusa engine are its abundance of low-end torque and strength of the components, making it the ideal powerplant for four-wheel applications.

Redesigned in 2008 from 1299cc to 1340cc, with a lighter, titanium valve train, higher compression ratio, and a new cam profile.

Longer stroke steel crankshaft, larger Nikasil cylinder bores, steel connecting rods forged pistons, O/S valved cylinder head and cam profile to suit your application.
Power output up to 247bhp.
Rebuilds and upgrades available with testing and mapping on TME ECU’s.
